Today I watch the guard practice. Everyone should be in awe of how much they have learned! I know I am. I love watching those girls twirl. The flags go 'round...and 'round...and 'round....
I tried to do the dancing with them, but I wasn't half as good as they were. The Cuban (who looked like she was from Jersey) kept saying "Nice and easy, now, nice and easy." But there was nothing nice nor easy about my mambos or cha-chas or grapevines. My favorite part was definitely the "March it Out"
Tonight was PJ's last night in SWAT. Beau and I talked for a long time about how we were going to keep the youth group running with no director next year. We have some awesome plans and it looks like I'll be singing/piano playing on Wednesday nights with Beau on guitar. We've got plans for our prayer room and a Jr.High girls discipleship group also. I'm rather excited.
Otherwise, it's been a pretty dull day.
I think today's mood shall be "quixotic"
